Derek Sherinian is an incredible keyboard player with a unique style of his own, known as ‘Guitaristic,’ a very aggressive sound. He is also one of the most in demand session and touring keyboard players in the world. More than ever, Derek Sherinian deserves a hit album under his own banner. Hopefully this will be it.
Hats Off It’s Adequate’s sixth album, and to this point the pinnacle of their recording career, is inspired by some pretty heavy subject matter. The songs explore toxic overconfidence and the constant human failure to not learn from our mistakes.
“Kickstart the Sun” is a double album containing over an hour of great music. This album has already taken the Cats a step further in credibility with the critics. Now let’s hope the music buying public will not only go to the concerts in droves, but buy the music to take home with them.
ZZ Top – RAW (That Little ‘Ol Band From Texas) is certainly the finest of ZZ Top’s Live albums, therefore one of the best live rock albums of all time.
Jeff Beck and Johnny Depp 18 is a superb album, very eclectic, crashing from heavy rock to Johnny Depp’s softer side, and extraordinary guitar work from Jeff Beck.
